Concept Recrutement We are recruiting for one of our clients, a beautiful Premium House specializing in ready-to-wear, a Manager for its corners at Printemps Haussmann.

Ambassador of the House and its values :

- You offer an exceptional experience by meeting the needs of local and international customers.
- You will recruit, develop and retain new customers by exploiting all Clienteling tools.
- You actively participate in the omnichannel strategy implemented.
- You guarantee ongoing operational excellence.
- You manage, motivate and lead your team (4/5 people) to achieve and exceed defined objectives.
- You analyze sales indicators in a synthetic and relevant way, and implement appropriate action plans.
- You optimize stock rotation and conformity, and fine-tune your assortment in direct liaison with the Purchasing Office.
- You ensure that internal procedures are applied and complied with.

Profile sought

- Proven retail management experience in a luxury/premium environment.
- Determined to lead his/her team by acting as a role model.
- Passion for the customer experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize according to needs.
- Demanding, rigorous and diligent.
- Taste for challenge and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of digital 2.0.
- Fluent English.
