Concept Recrutement For one of its customers, a Premium House specializing in ready-to-wear, is recruiting an assistant for its corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann.
Ambassador of the House and its values :
-You provide an exceptional experience by meeting the needs of local and international customers.
-You will develop excellence and ensure that the required standards are applied.
-You manage priorities
-You will feed, enhance and exploit the customer database, and ensure the smooth running of CRM campaigns.
-You actively participate in the omnichannel strategy implemented.
-You develop sales and analyze sales indicators in a synthetic and relevant way, and implement appropriate action plans.
You are responsible for merchandising, stock management and control, quality reporting, and fine-tuning the assortment in direct liaison with the Purchasing Office.
-You federate and develop your team to ensure good progress towards set objectives.
-You develop the corporate culture both internally and externally.
-You ensure that internal procedures are respected and followed.

-Organized, methodical and precise.
-Demanding, rigorous and diligent.
-Passionate about fashion and product awareness.
-Knowledge of digital 2.0.
-Fluent English.
