Ambassador of the House and its values :
You will provide an exceptional in-store experience by meeting the needs of local and international customers.
You will actively develop and retain your customer base.
You contribute to the development of turnover and optimise your performance indicators.
You will actively participate in the omnichannel strategy implemented.
You ensure that the visual merchandising is maintained.
You will be a driving force in the choice of your product range according to the needs of your customers.
You contribute to teamwork.
Profile sought
-Significant experience in the luxury/premium segment of the PAP/maroquinerie market.
-Excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
-Passionate about fashion and product awareness.
-Digital 2.0 knowledge.
-Fluent English, mastery of a 3rd language appreciated.
