Concept Recrutement is recruiting a Sales Advisor (M/F) for one of its customers, an internationally renowned Group.

Your tasks:

- Reporting to the Store Manager and acting as a brand ambassador, you will contribute to customer acquisition and loyalty, with the aim of developing sales performance.
- You will be responsible for greeting customers and identifying their needs, in order to propose the most appropriate products and services.
- You play an active role in organizing in-store sales events.
- You ensure that the products on display are presented in accordance with internal standards.
- You coordinate after-sales service, from request to delivery of products to customers.
- You manage incoming goods and shipments in compliance with safety procedures.
- You will set up a competitive watch to keep abreast of the watch market.

Profile sought

- Sales background
- 2 to 5 years' experience as a sales consultant in the luxury goods sector
- Appetence for the watchmaking sector
- Excellent presentation skills
- Sense of service and customer satisfaction
- Organizational rigor
- Taste for teamwork
- Proficiency in office software
- Fluent English, a 3rd language would be appreciated
