Concept Recrutement For one of its customers, a dynamic and trendy American company, is recruiting a Department Manager on a permanent contract for its POS in Giverny.
Ambassador of the Brand and its values :
- You coach, develop and train team members,
- Monitor performance, implement action plans to achieve individual and collective results,
- Manage inventory and merchandise movements,
- Be the guarantor of the respect of the visual merchandising standards,
- Be an ambassador of the brand to the sales team,
- Demonstrate leadership.

Profile sought
- Successful experience in a similar position (in management, training and team coaching),
- Passion for fashion, sales and performance,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs,
- Willingness to learn and develop constantly
- Fluent English
